✅ Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With tags still attached
Note: Products bought during SALE or marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
🔄 How to Request a Return

- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.
- Once approved, reverse pickup will be scheduled (if available) or you may have to self-ship.
💵 Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be:
- Credited to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days)
- Or given as store credit, if preferred
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- In case of a defective or wrong item delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with a photo/video for quick resolution.
